Fine, I am not suppose to be blogging here since michi chased me off to study for the dispensing class test tomorrow. =_= But then this is my sorta daily dose of de-saturating okies!
Dispensing-one of the major role of pharmacists. I LOVE preparing ointments, creams, suppositories, emulsions, solutions, syrups and etc. during dispensing lab.
solution-consists of a solvent dissolved in a soluent
suspension-a disperse system consists of 2 immiscible liquids (oil and water), in which one is suspended in the other as minute globules.
powder- a chemical mixture which is solid in physical state and is intended for internal or external use.
Alright, before my avid readers are scared off by this potential nerd post, let me move on. ^_^ That is just the super^infinity tip of the ice-berg, among the list that we have to know to be a qualified pharmacists.
I am really falling in love with my course, NOT love as in loving every single report, portfolio, lab manuals, class test, logbook and lecture notes. =_= I also wish I could bring time to a standstill till I update all my work!!
LOVE as in-I really cannot imagine a more ideal course for me; it is like, I find most of the stuff that I am learning now interesting. I can’t say the same FOR SURe foe engineering course. NOT even dentistry though it is one of the heathcare field- I can’t stand looking into people’s mouth, digging cavities, mending them and all. haha.
I am now in semester 3 and it is now that we are REALLY doing things that are so related to our courses. Semester 2 was more like a preparation for sem 3, though we had heavy modules like cardiovascular system and haematology (blood) system. Sem 1 is BORING coz it is the basic biochemistry-I find it boring though I cannot remember most of the things I learnt before, bcoz it is all about DNA, molecules, genetics, carbohydrates and so on and so forth.
THank you, God. Everything happens for a reason.
(Only close friends who always have this important place in my heart will know the true significance behind this simple sentence ^_^)
One fine day, I will be wearing the mortar and the graduation suit for my convocation……
I will make my parents so proud and myself too-for having tried my best =)
